Downloadable Technical Files
Cupro is a regenerated cellulosic fibre with fast dye uptake and high process sensitivity. Rather than transferring standard cotton or viscose recipes directly, this publication treats Cupro dyeing as a controlled, validated process based on product TDS data, laboratory trials and low mechanical stress.
What this publication covers
- Pretreatment validation for Cupro and blends
- TDS/laboratory validation of bleaching chemistry
- Nozzle mechanics and low-stress jet/overflow circulation
- Bifunctional reactive dye selection and Cupro/PES - Cupro/elastane approaches
- Conductivity, electrolyte and alkali management through plant calibration
- Pretreatment, reactive dyeing and soaping process curves
- Stenter and finish stenter chemical systems
- Troubleshooting matrices
- Scenario-based break-even cost model for a 20,000 kg/day plant
Application boundary
Numerical values in the master publication are source-field values or example process parameters. They must not be treated as normative Cupro standards without validation against machine configuration, fabric construction, liquor ratio, dyestuff/auxiliary TDS data and laboratory results.
Finish stenter approach
For 100% Cupro, the main softening system is a low-yellowing silicone system. In Cupro/elastane and Cupro/polyester blends, PU, antistatic and other functional agents are optional and must be selected according to performance targets and blend composition. Acetic acid is used for pH adjustment; exact dosage and curing conditions must be determined from product TDS data, pickup and fabric trials.
Member-only technical files
The Master PDF, editable DOCX, PPTX and Carousel PDF are currently Turkish-language technical files. Download access uses the site's standard member-controlled download flow; user access is validated and download activity is recorded.
